Caroline Benner is a Head Start teacher with Fairfax County Public Schools. She has six years of experience as an educator of young children. She also has extensive volunteer experience working with young children living in poverty, as well as in medical settings. Caroline has been nominated for Outstanding Teacher honors by the families that she serves for her exceptional commitment to her work. 

This Workshop Will Cover the Following:

> School readiness

> Building a positive relationship between you and your child

> Understanding the importance of consistency and routine
